How does a coaching engagement work?
Every engagement starts with a 45-minute Discovery Session. From there, the Spark 90 (three months) and Spark 180 (six months) programs include a strategic plan co-design session, monthly tracking conversations and, for Spark 180, quarterly reflection sessions.
